Park on either side of Cabrillo Ave (street parking).

Step 1: Enter Through the Front Gate
From the sidewalk, enter through the front wooden gate of the property.

Step 2: Take the Left-Side Path to the Back
After entering the gate, you will see the main house in front — this is not your unit. Walk down the path on the left side of the property and continue all the way toward the back.

Step 3: Find and unlock the rear french door
At the back of the property, find the rear exterior French door. Use the exterior door code (last 4-digit of your phone number) to unlock it.

Step 4: Find the stairs to your right
After entering, you'll see stairs on your right leading up to your unit.

Step 5: Walk up the stairs
Head up the stairs to the second floor.

Step 6: Enter your unit (upstairs door)
Find the entrance door next to the washer and dryer. Enter code 1326 followed by the top lock button to unlock your unit door.

• There's a separate guest unit downstairs that is occupied, so please stick to your area upstairs to give them their privacy (and they'll do the same for you!).
• The exterior french door is a shared entrance used by both the downstairs and upstairs units — please be mindful when coming and going.
• The driveway in the back is reserved parking for tenants in the back building — please use street parking instead so we don't block them in. Thank you for being considerate!
• The exterior french door is set up to lock itself after a short period, but it's a good habit to lock it behind you each time you come and go — it helps keep everyone secure and comfortable.
