Park on either side of Cabrillo Ave (street parking).
Street Cleaning: Be aware of street cleaning on Monday and Tuesday.

Getting to Your Unit
Step 1: Enter Through the Front Gate
From the sidewalk, enter through the front wooden gate of the property.
Step 2: Take the Left-Side Path to the Back
After entering the gate, you will see the main house in front — this is not your unit. Walk down the path on the left side of the property and continue all the way toward the back.
Step 3: Find and unlock the rear french door
At the back of the property, find the rear exterior French door.
Use the exterior door code (last 4-digit of your phone number) to unlock it.
Step 4: Enter your unit (downstairs french door)
Once inside, you'll see another set of french doors directly ahead — this is your unit entrance. Enter code 2416 to unlock your unit door.
Important Notes
- There's a separate guest unit upstairs that is occupied, so please stick to your area downstairs to give them their privacy (and they'll do the same for you!).
- The exterior french door is a shared entrance used by both the downstairs and upstairs units — please be mindful when coming and going.
- The exterior french door is set up to lock itself after a short period, but it's a good habit to lock it behind you each time you come and go — it helps keep everyone secure and comfortable.
- The kitchen sink has a built-in water filtration system, so drinking water is filtered — no need to buy bottled water :)
- The driveway in the back is reserved parking for tenants in the back building — please use street parking instead so we don't block them in. Thank you for being considerate!
